Special Event Notification Form

For planning and security purposes, SIA Show Management must be notified in advance for all special events.

Only actual events and parties will be promoted, general booth advertisements will not be included in the schedule of events.

SIA reserves the right to shut down unscheduled events and/or any events that do not conform to the Show ules and Regulations. Prior approval or additional insurance/security may be required for some events. If you need more information, please contact Maggie Bittner at 703.556.9020.

Complete this form for each special event, party, demonstration, celebrity appearance, or other event you plan to host during the SIA Snow Show. List one event per submission. However, if the same event has multiple occurrances, you may include each on one sheet. Don't forget to include events help during Show hours, after hours and off-site too.
