I grew up in Southern California loving sliding on snow. I started working retail in winter sports at Chicks Sporting Goods. Soon after starting there I realized you could make a living in this business as a rep. I knew that was what I wanted to do. After a little more retail seasoning at Mammoth Mountain Sport Shop I went to work for Rossignol as a Sales Associate. Three years later K2 took a chance on me and offered me a sales rep position for the S.Cal, AZ , NV and HI territories and I have been an Independent rep ever since. Thanks Tim.

Working retail for 6 years really gave me a unique insight on how a rep and an account could work together to make them both successful. I truly enjoy working with the great bunch retailers that have made this job rewarding. I have also been fortunate to have a really great mentor along the way in Mike Day. He is someone I have always respected and has given me great advice over the years. Lastly, I have worked the last 13 years with a great business partner Jeff Anderson. This really should be a co-award for the both of us.
