Sturtevant's - Bellevue, WA

Sturtevant’s history traces back to over 50 years in the Greater Seattle area, but this story really begins in 1977 when Duncan Campbell and Alan Quinn purchased Sturtevant’s in downtown Bellevue. About that time three kid’s started working in the warehouse, cleaning, tuning, receiving and learning the ways of a specialty retail ski shop.

Fast forward thirty years to 2007 when then sole owner, Duncan Campbell, sold the business to his son Jeff Campbell, his niece Stacey Weichbrodt and general manager Tracy Gibbons. The three had grown up skiing and working together and each pursued unique interests through the years that they brought back to the company. Jeff as an accountant with a love of travel and numbers is the CFO. Stacey with a background in marketing and interest in fashion is a softgoods buyer. Tracy after a successful racing career that included several years on the US Ski Team is the COO and hardgoods buyer.

Combined their unique backgrounds complement each other perfectly to ensure that the Sturtevant’s heritage of being the premiere specialty ski and snowboard store in the Pacific Northwest continues. It’s a heritage built by providing customers the best selection and premium service by experienced and knowledgeable employees. Employees who are dedicated skiers and/or riders, who spend countless hours waiting for that first chair, searching out the best snow and testing the newest products. Sturtevant’s is proud to stand behind every product sold with a ski and snowboard performance guarantee.

Sturtevant’s owns and operates four stores in Washington, including the flagship store in Bellevue and Ski Marts in Tacoma, Bellevue and Alderwood. The company also owns and operates Sturtevants.com and the annual SkiBonkers Labor Day Weekend sale in Tukwila. This winter Sturtevant’s continues pursuing new opportunities and reaching out to skiers and snowboarders by operating the first in the nation K2 concept store at Southcenter Mall in Tukwila, WA.

In addition to ski and snowboard products, a full service shop and custom bootfitting, Sturtevant’s sells Tennis equipment, shoes and apparel, Golf apparel and Water Sports equipment and apparel.
