As a first-time exhibitor to a trade show, let alone a show the size and breadth of our Snow Show, the sheer amount of forms, information and opportunities can be overwhelming.
That’s why we’ve set up this page for you – a one-stop source to familiarize yourself with the process of getting your paperwork in order, notifying your customers and soon-to-be customers that you’re going to be at the Show, setting up your exhibit space, and wrapping it all up when it’s over.
New Exhibitor Handbook and GES Reference Guide
Download the New Exhibitor Handbook and the GES Reference Guide to help you plan your Show experience. These two guides have been produced to help exhibitors before, during and after the Snow Show.
Reserving your Space
So you’re ready to reserve space at the Snow Show. How do you get started? We’ve made it easy with our Exhibitor Space Request information page. All the dates and times you need are here, as well as your SIA Membership information (because remember you have to be a Member to exhibit at the show) and, of course the Exhibitor Space Request Form, as well as waiting list information. It’s all right here.
Forms and Deadlines
Your space is confirmed, so what’s next? We’ve already set up a checklist with the deadlines you’ll have leading up to the Show. Without proper organization, all your planning, including handling booth insurance, electrical orders, furniture, carpeting, drayage (that’s having your materials delivered to and picked up from your booth), marketing opportunities, shop follow up, and more can tend to be overwhelming. A complete Exhibitor Services Order Guide from our Exhibitor Service Partner GES makes it easy to order booth services. Next, be sure to print out our “Critical Dates” list and check it off as you go so you don’t miss a beat. You’ll find both on our Exhibitor Services Manual page. Note: there are discounts for orders placed early.
Marketing
Exhibiting at a trade show starts the day you book your space. Your presence at the Show is only a third of the experience, so you have to be prepared to plan a three-tiered effort to support your exhibition. From our digital “Sneak Peak” Innovations + New Product Directory, Digital Press Room, to on-floor sponsorship opportunities, options abound. Find the options in the Exhibitor Exposure Guide and contact your SIA Regional Marketing Manager to find a perfect fit for your brand. We’ve organized this for you with three pages of ideas you can easily take advantage of, whether your brand is big or small, established or launching in Denver. Best part is, many of these marketing opps are free!
