With seminars, short films and Q & A’s, The Backcountry Experience was truly an interactive one at the 2012 SIA Snow Show. Dean Cummings presented his film, The Steep Life along with presenting practical tips for avalanche safety. Jeremy Jones,’ Further aired at Backcountry Experience, followed by a Q & A session. The seminar “From Sidecountry to Backcountry” with Mike Hattrup was a huge hit; speaking about the current growth opportunity of backcountry skiing and riding.
