Send targeted invites to current or prospective customers using SIA’s database for USPS mailings or our  email marketing service. Remember to be direct and give buyers a reason to come see you. Tell them about your innovations or a special Show promotion. Our email services are available starting at $400 and list rentals at $160 and up. Availability for January is limited, reserve early!

pre-registered buyer database list

Communicate with the buyers you know are coming to the Snow Show- those who have pre-registered. Great for a phone call campaign to fill in your appointment book or for timing a postcard to arrive in the buyers hand just before leaving for the Show. $100 gets you an updated list twice before the Show: early December and January.

online newsletter advertising

Digitally advertise your brand to specific industry segments in the SIA and Snow ShowNewsletters distributed to Members, Retailers and Reps and the Snow Show Newsletter. The Snow Show’s monthly newsletter is distributed to nearly 26,000 industry professionals. It’s a great opportunity to get your brand and logo in front of the industry as each newsletter is limited exclusively to one ad/sponsor per issue. Ad rates start at $400/month.

digital floor plans & sia/snow show app

Two high-visibility components of the 2015 SIA Snow Show are the SIA Smartphone App and the online Interactive Floor Plan. These digital components are loaded with useful features and each is used extensively before, during and after the Show. Logo upgrade is free on both the Digital Floor Plan and Show App.

The distribution, traffic and impressions are substantial for each component and with the ability to upgrade your brand’s presence in each, starting at free, you shouldn’t ignore these opportunities to enhance your company reference.

Upgrade with:

  • App - Title sponsorship, banners ads & extensive promo campaign.
  • Digital Floor Plan - Banner ads, logo inserts, product images and text and videos.
  • Paper Floor Plan - Logo inserts and booth footprint highlight.

Exhibitor Exposure

For more ideas to market your presence at the Show, read our 2015 Exhibitor Exposure Guide.

“The Show was awesome! Tons of traffic and excitement, which we were really excited about. We’ll be back every year moving forward. We’ve gotten new business from being here, and as a launch year, it’s been absolutely great.”
Tracy Bordwell, Creative and Technical Design, Fate Clothing

"As a snow-sports journalist, I find the SIA Snow Show to be an invaluable resource. There's nowhere else I can survey all of the latest gear and get face time with interesting suppliers, retailers, athletes, and other industry movers all in one place."
Sam Bass, editor-in-chief, Skiing Magazine

“You have everyone in one place, so you can see everything you need and get an idea of where trends are going. It’s a good overview of what’s going on in the industry. Last year we picked up a couple new lines that I wouldn’t have necessarily picked up had I not gone to SIA. The Show gets you psyched.”
Jim Slanetz, Owner, Board Bin, ID

“From our standpoint, our line has gotten larger each year, and the exposure at the Show is huge. There are so many people here and this Show seems to grow every year, it’s really beneficial for our sales reps to be here.”
Carrie Crogan, Trade Show Coordinator, Under Armour
